About the role

We're looking to hire an Integrations Engineer. This is a hands-on IC role building the systems that connect Axle to our customers' world: CRM sync, data migrations, email, identity, and industry feeds. You'll own them end to end, including in technical conversations with customer and vendor teams alongside Product and Customer Success.

What you'll own

• Build the integration platform. Shared connectors, data models, and mapping layers that bring a new customer online through configuration, not custom code.
• Move data reliably. CRM sync, bulk ingestion, and migrations from legacy platforms, with validation, reconciliation, and monitoring that catches problems before customers do.
• Own enterprise connectivity. Email delivery, calendar, SSO, and file-based feeds to industry platforms.
• Be the technical voice. Join customer and vendor technology calls with Product and Customer Success to scope integrations and own the technical answers.

What you bring

• 4+ years building production backend or integration systems, with strong experience in Java/Spring Boot or TypeScript.
• Clear, confident communication on technical topics with customer and vendor engineering and product teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or SaaS API integrations (Salesforce, Datazoic, etc.) and data pipelines: field mapping, validation, deduplication, and reconciliation.
• Deep relational database knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, and answering hard data questions yourself.
• Experience building on AWS with event-driven architecture: serverless, queues, object storage, and email infrastructure (SES, SMTP).

Nice to haves

• Experience with enterprise identity: SAML, OIDC, SSO, and user provisioning.
• Experience in capital markets or financial services data, such as CRM, research, or corporate access platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure as code such as Pulumi or Terraform.
