As a Senior Financial Analyst at Branch, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial decision-making and shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for expert financial modeling, OpEx budgeting for each department, and providing strategic insights to support our growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance, including revenue projections, expense planning, and cash flow analysis.
• Opex Budgeting: Collaborate with department heads to create and manage operational expenditure (OpEx) budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support informed decision-making. Analyze variances between actual results and budget forecasts.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and business plans. Provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance and achieving growth targets.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Forecasting: Drive the quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and assumptions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, staying up-to-date with changes in accounting practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, ideally in a fintech company or startup environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in OpEx budgeting and allocation across departments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
