Credit Key’s mission is to deliver a superior business payment experience at B2B point-of-purchase. Our core product allows B2B merchants to offer buy-now-pay-later financing at ecommerce checkout.

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist that will play a key role in supporting Credit Key’s Human Resources functions and ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will be accountable for a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to jump in and help when needed, possesses strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

What you'll do:

  • Support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, compliance, and employee engagement to ensure a seamless and efficient employee experience
  • Recruit/Post job openings, interview applicants, and conduct new hire orientations
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Oversee correct administration and documentation along the full employee lifecycle, maintain high accuracy and timeliness of the personnel data
  • Ensure adherence to all labor law requirements and regulations. Maintain compliance with company policies, employment laws, and statutory regulations that impact workforce management
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to uphold and improve a great employee experience
  • Support and lead various HR projects as needed
  • Collaborate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support related to HR policies, processes, and activities
  • 2 - 4 years of Human Resources experience
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus
  • Extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and able to shift priorities and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in training and public speaking is a plus
  • Skilled in using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to make procedural and moderately complex decisions, and exercise good judgment on sensitive/confidential issues
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward learning and contributing to HR initiatives
  • Experience with remote work or remote team collaboration is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
