Credit Key is seeking a Commercial Underwriter to join our rapidly expanding team. The Underwriter serves on the front-lines of mitigating credit and operational risk and is critical to Credit Key’s successful risk management. The Underwriter processes incoming credit requests from new applicants and current customers while identifying and mitigating potential risks. They will also work closely with Customer Support to ensure superior and timely customer service and engage with the Commercial Underwriting Manager on larger limit requests. This is the role for you if you have strong attention to detail, work ethic, and drive, can recommend solutions to various problems, and have excellent communication skills -including follow-up.

What you'll do

• Monitor, track, and resolve issue tickets with internal partners and small business customers while maintaining service level agreements
• Work cross functionally with our Customer Support team to resolve customer issues and requests in a efficient and timely manner
• Execute financial data entry and underwriting for potential limit increase
• Review, process, and perform due diligence for client underwriting, fraud alert, and line increases
