Destro AI is building the intelligence layer for robotics — the system that tells robots and humans what to do across complex real-world operations.
Founded by former leaders from HAI Robotics, Dexterity, and Matic, Destro is built on a simple thesis: robotics has solved movement, but not decision-making.
At the core of Destro is MothershipOS — a centralized brain that coordinates robots, humans, and workflows in real time. Unlike traditional robotics systems that rely on local intelligence on each robot, Destro brings global intelligence across the entire operation.
We recently closed our Seed round at one of the highest valuations for a robotics company at this stage, and are already working with large enterprise operators to deploy real systems in production environments.
About the Role
This is Destro’s first marketing hire.
You will build the marketing function from the ground up — defining how the company is understood by customers, partners, investors, and the broader market.
We are looking for a storyteller first.
Someone who can take complex ideas in robotics and AI and turn them into narratives that people actually understand, remember, and act on. You will work directly with the founders, own the message end-to-end, and execute across every surface where the company shows up.
What You’ll Do

Own Destro’s messaging and narrative across all channels

Create and execute content across website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and outbound campaigns

Build high-quality collateral for customers, investors, and partners

Run and iterate on campaigns across Apollo, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels

Drive Destro’s external presence across PR, trade shows, and thought leadership
What We’re Looking For

Strong writer and storyteller

Experience in product marketing, content marketing, or startup B2B marketing

Ability to simplify technical products into clear, compelling messaging

Comfortable working directly with founders and building from scratch

Someone who takes ownership and executes without waiting
Strong pluses:

Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, robotics, logistics, or enterprise software

Experience supporting founder-led sales or early-stage go-to-market efforts

Experience creating content, collateral, and campaigns in a startup environment
