What You’ll Do

  • Design, manage, and execute the onboarding and product integrations for new customers
  • Drive and promote account growth, user engagement, retention, and success for customers by owning and partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • Handle technical questions or objections, providing solutions to address customer needs and teach customers how to maximize the platform’s value
  • Consult regularly with customers to understand their needs and pain points and develop strategies to proactively problem-solve.
  • Identify gaps between best practices and actual product utilization and clearly communicate recommendations that enable the customer to fully adopt Duro’s solution.
  • Serve as the “voice of the customer” and provide feedback to product and engineering teams on how we can best serve our customers.
