Job Title: Private Credit Lending Specialist (3-5 years of experience)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking someone with 3-5 years of credit and/or lending experience to join our rapidly growing direct lending business. The position will involve participation in all aspects of the private credit business, including deal origination, underwriting structuring, execution, and portfolio management for which previous experience is required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private credit and will be comfortable using our proprietary technology in all aspects of the credit cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or CFA designation preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, or related fields, with experience managing loan portfolios.
• Demonstrated support in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investors, borrowers, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and risk management.
