Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join a thriving Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate is analytical with a strong attention to detail and passionate about continuously optimizing processes. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations as we believe in the power of a centralized operations team across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Rev Ops team members, and other GTM stakeholders.

What You'll Do Here

  • Support our sales team tech stack (Salesforce, Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong and others) in administration, day-to-day operations, troubleshooting and optimizations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance tools to improve efficiency of operations
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes to scale our Sales Ops function, including gathering inputs and coordinating reviews with key stakeholders
  • Maintain and monitor performance-based KPIs and Salesforce dashboards that measure the health of Sales, including sales forecasts and performance metrics
  • Analyze sales performance data for insights and make recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Customer Experience Ops to execute cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and data insights
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are followed to drive the company’s pricing strategy and other strategic initiatives

What You'll Need to Thrive

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in Sales Operations or a similar relevant experience.
  • Salesforce: experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excel / Google Sheets: proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Sales Tech Stack: experience with Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong or similar tools preferred, but not required.
  • Tech Savvy: utilize the latest tools to make your work as efficient as possible. You have a natural curiosity for tech and data.
  • Go-Getter: you are eager, resourceful, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a high energy and passionate team.
  • Data-Driven: leverage data to provide insights for sales leadership. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex problems.
  • High-Quality Communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative: ability to work well with multiple stakeholders, achieve measurable results, and convey those results to leadership.
  • Supportive: you have empathy for sellers and are quick to respond when team members need assistance.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
  • BA/BS degree preferred

Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $70,000 and $82,500 USD, depending on your current level, skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
