Role Overview

We are looking for an Events Manager to own and elevate Juno’s events program. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is responsible for planning and executing conferences, field events, smaller focused experiences, and virtual events and webinars that create memorable, high-quality experiences for attendees.

This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating events that feel thoughtful, seamless, and impactful from start to finish. Some travel will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Juno’s events, including conferences, field events, smaller focused events, and virtual events and webinars
  • Create exceptional attendee experiences by managing logistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and production
  • Ensure every event is well organized, polished, and executed with strong attention to detail
  • Partner closely with sales to support event lead capture and post-event follow-up, ensuring strong handoff and alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership to align events with broader company goals
  • Manage speaker coordination, sponsorships, and event content in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee on-site and virtual execution to ensure events run smoothly and professionally
  • Track event performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve future events based on insights

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing events, including in-person and virtual formats
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging event experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and timelines independently
  • Experience with webinar platforms and event technology tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

  • Experience with B2B events
