What You'll Do:

• CRM Administration and Management (40%): Build automations to keep HubSpot clean and automated (e.g. enrichment, de-duplication, and routing) wherever necessary.
• Cross-Department Metrics, Reporting, & Automation (30%): KPI dashboards, campaign post-mortems, flag stalled leads, implement new automations.
• Department-Specific Support (20%): Pivot between marketing ops, sales ops, and CS ops depending on our needs.
• Tech Stack Evaluation and Management (10%): Ensure that our tech stack is synced, utilized, and cost-effective.

About You:

• Automation savvy, systems thinker
• 4+ years of sales and/or marketing operations experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Expert across HubSpot products (or Salesforce; HubSpot is preferred)
• Strong analytical skills: data analysis, reporting, deriving actionable insights
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, with a results-driven startup mindset
• Excited to own analysis, report-outs, and directly drive revenue team efficiency
