Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve title and registration discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with lenders, titling vendors, and DMVs to facilitate issue resolution.
- Monitor and track outstanding titles, taking proactive steps to address and resolve delays.
- Manage assigned escalations by working directly with customers to identify solutions and ensure a positive outcome.
- Support the Customer Success team with daily operational tasks during peak periods.

This position can be worked remotely or in our Mesa AZ office if you are located in the area
What we require:
- 3+ years of Customer Experience environment preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality
- 5+ years of experience with vehicle titling and registration. Previous work experience with a DMV or dealership is a plus
- Expert level understanding of state requirements for titling and registering vehicles
- Tech Savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms effectively
- Excellent written communication skills with proper sentence structure, grammar and tone
- General knowledge of retail automotive transactions
