Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve title and registration discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with lenders, titling vendors, and DMVs to facilitate issue resolution.
• Monitor and track outstanding titles, taking proactive steps to address and resolve delays.
• Manage assigned escalations by working directly with customers to identify solutions and ensure a positive outcome.
• Support the Customer Success team with daily operational tasks during peak periods.

Location details:

This position can be worked remotely or in our Mesa AZ office if you are located in the area

What we require:

• 3+ years of Customer Experience environment preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality
• 5+ years of experience with vehicle titling and registration. Previous work experience with a DMV or dealership is a plus
• Expert level understanding of state requirements for titling and registering vehicles
• Tech Savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms effectively
• Excellent written communication skills with proper sentence structure, grammar and tone
• General knowledge of retail automotive transactions
