At Mithrl, we conduct cutting-edge AI research and develop state-of-the-art products. Our scientists have developed in-house (the world’s first) a network of specialized AI agents that fully automate end to end dry-lab processes using just natural language. This automation includes:
RNA/DNA sequence processing
Cleaning, sanitizing, and converting unstructured data to structured data
Conducting literature reviews and hypothesis testing
Performing exploratory and complex analysis in minutes (no training required)

What you will do
First and foremost - contribute significantly to the engineering culture. We deliver a high product velocity and believe shipping is winning
Develop and maintain our web application using React for the front end and Python/Django for the back end.
Integrate Generative AI APIs (such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA) into web applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Utilize AWS services for deployment, scaling, and management of applications.
What you need to succeed
High proficiency in React and Python.
Experience with Django (preferred but not necessary).
At least 3 years of experience in full stack development.
Familiarity with Generative AI APIs such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
Experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
Knowledge of PostgresSQL
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work in-person in San Francisco
