MNTN is looking for an Inventory Operations Manager to support our TV Inventory Partnerships & Operations team, on the Business Development side. This role will work closely with and report directly to the Head of CTV Inventory Partnerships on a day to day basis. They will take the lead in optimizing and troubleshooting our CTV direct deals in collaboration with all of our inventory partners. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, data analysis, system/tools utilization, and partnerships to optimize the monetization of advertising inventory. What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and optimize performance across all CTV deals and inventory sources — spotting issues fast, scaling spend, and driving smarter results.
  • Support day-to-day partner management for top inventory relationships — from deal activation and PMP optimization to reporting and QA.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights that highlight trends, optimize deals, and support partners in achieving KPIs.
  • Act as the technical bridge between publishers, SSPs, and MNTN’s internal teams to keep every deal running clean and smooth.
  • Keep our reporting airtight with regular audits and smart dashboards that surface meaningful reporting metrics.
  • Analyze trends across platforms and formats to inform team strategy and identify opportunities for scale.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate, improve, and evolve how we manage inventory at MNTN.
  • Stay sharp on industry shifts and emerging tech — using that intel to strengthen partnerships and drive what’s next.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in ad ops, analytics, product, or a related ad tech role — you know how performance marketing really works.
  • Deep understanding of CTV and programmatic ecosystems, from ad servers to SSPs, DSPs, and everything in between.
  • Skilled with Excel, Tableau, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); data is your second language.
  • Strong grasp of yield and monetization strategies — price floors, auction dynamics, and optimization levers.
  • A clear, confident communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical teams with ease.
  • Analytical and proactive — you don’t just spot patterns, you turn them into action.
  • Organized and adaptable, able to juggle priorities while driving results with minimal oversight.
  • A builder’s mindset: always looking to automate, optimize, and make our buying and performance strategy smarter.
