We’re currently looking for a Software Engineer (Go) to join our Engineering Team in Poznań, Poland. We have over 50 people on board here, including 18 other software engineers working with Go, so if you are a team player, we’ve got you covered.

Salary range for this position: 16 000 - 22 000 PLN net (B2B) / 13 000 - 18 000 PLN gross (employment contract).

In this role you will:

• Develop an innovative Service Level Objectives Platform released publicly in January 2021
• Use state-of-the-art technologies as our stack includes Go, Kubernetes, AWS and other cloud providers
• Become a part of the small but mighty cross-functional teams, receive honest and constructive coworker feedback, and improve your performance accordingly
• Shape your workflow and the product you’re building, e.g. by influencing the sprint scope
• Follow tried and tested software development and product management processes
• Be led and supported by an engineering manager with a strong technical background.

Here are the qualities we’d like you to possess:

• Hands-on experience in building digital products using Golang (if you have an experience with other programming languages will be considered an added value)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience working with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers will be considered as a plus
• Proven track record of building great products in a long-term perspective
• Outstanding communication skills in both Polish and English
• Team player skills and problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to improve your skills
• If working full-time remotely, openness to visiting our office in Poznań for the initial onboarding week and subsequently making regular visits every 2 months.
