ABOUT THE ROLE
Ranger AI is hiring an Enterprise Marketing & Growth Lead to work directly alongside our Co-Founder and GTM Lead. This is a marketing-centric role at its core: building Ranger's brand, content, and inbound engine for enterprise buyers, while embedding into our enterprise account teams on strategic opportunities. This will give you hands-on experience on the front-lines of what influences behaviour of our audience and how their perceptions around AI transformation are shaped.
The role splits approximately 70% marketing and growth leadership and 30% support across active enterprise accounts, including deal support, onboarding, retention, and expansion motions. The successful candidate will be a versatile, AI-fluent marketing operator with enterprise B2B experience who can independently build, execute, and continuously improve Ranger's inbound demand engine while contributing tangible value inside our most strategic accounts.
This role is designed to grow. The person who builds Ranger's marketing engine over the next 18–24 months is the natural candidate to lead the function as it scales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing and Growth Leadership (70%)
• Lead Ranger's digital presence across LinkedIn, PR, analyst relations, and industry media
• Support Ranger's UX enhancements, onboarding plans, brand assets creation, and various client-centric efforts to solidify our organization-wide understanding of our clients and personas
• Design and execute a structured content for our GTM collateral, tailored to industrial verticals and enterprise buyers
• Operationalize AI/Automation tools across content production, growth operations, and commercial workflows to accelerate output and improve quality
• Support association and partnership presence across the industries we serve
• Build and refine the templates, collateral, and messaging architecture used by account teams and SDRs
Enterprise Account Support (30%)
• Embed selectively into enterprise account pods to support active opportunities
• Develop tailored account-specific materials, including PoC briefs, vertical one-pagers, and onboarding kits
• Participate in commercial and onboarding conversations to build account context
• Contribute to retention and expansion motions through targeted content and structured follow-through
• Develop deep account knowledge that informs broader growth and messaging strategy
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 4–7 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record as a high-performing individual contributor rather than within heavily resourced teams
• Genuine fluency in enterprise marketing motions: account-based programs, long sales cycles(and how to shorten them), multi-stakeholder buying committees, and content that withstands technical and procurement scrutiny
• Career arc shaped by agency or digital-first startup environments, with comfort owning end-to-end execution and managing freelance and design resources directly
• Fluent and current in modern AI tools for marketing and operational work, with the ability to design and run AI-driven workflows rather than only execute surface-level prompting
• Strong written communication, editorial judgment, and design literacy
• Industrial sector experience (energy, defense, manufacturing, pharma, petrochemical) is a plus but not required; vertical knowledge will be developed on the job
WORKING STYLE
This role is designed for operators who treat AI as leverage on disciplined work, not as a substitute for it. The ideal candidate reads the source materials, listens to the customer, studies the deal context, and uses AI tools to go deeper and move faster. Candidates with strong instincts for rigor, accuracy, and continuous improvement will be the strongest fit.
COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS
• Competitive market salary commensurate with experience

• Location: UAE, Dubai or Abu Dhabi preferred
• Travel: 20–30% across MENA, Europe, and North America (tradeshows, association events, partner meetings)
