Position Overview
This isn’t a “warm leads on day one” role. This position is for someone who enjoys the chase as much as the close. You’ll identify and open new enterprise opportunities, manage the entire sales process end to end, and help design the systems and playbooks that will scale as we grow.
The right person will have the experience and presence to sell into senior stakeholders at enterprise-level brands while also loving the hands-on work of prospecting and relationship-building. It’s a chance to join a company early and see the direct impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to build a lead pipeline with enterprise brands, retailers, and ecommerce businesses.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, identify target accounts, and evolve our go-to-market strategy.
- Build repeatable sales processes, tools, and reporting as we scale.
- Partner with solutions strategy, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and gather product feedback from the market.
- Represent Reactiv at industry events and within the broader ecommerce ecosystem.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling into enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.
- Proven success prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, and closing six figure+ deals.
- Experience selling into brands, retailers, or ecommerce companies.
- Strong communication skills. Clear, confident, and personable in writing and conversation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, creative problem-solver, comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
- Collaborative and coachable, with a genuine interest in shaping the company and learning as we grow.
Desirable Skills
- Experience selling to marketing, growth, or ecommerce teams at consumer brands.
- Background in early-stage or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, customer data tools, or marketing analytics products.
- Ability to contribute to building sales operations from CRM discipline to outreach cadences.
