Position Overview:

SafeRide Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and optimization of our healthcare transportation platform. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare access by contributing to a product that improves patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will assist in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on user experience and innovation.

You will play a critical part in understanding user needs and translating these into impactful software product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Support: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define product requirements, features, and functionality based on user needs, market research, and company goals.
• Roadmap Execution: Assist in the management and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and timely delivery of key milestones.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate product development efforts and ensure successful product launches.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user data, market trends, and competitive insights to help drive product decisions and enhancements.
• Customer Feedback: Gather, prioritize, and document customer feedback to improve product performance and user satisfaction. Communicate customer insights to internal teams to influence product direction.
• Testing and QA: Support user testing, quality assurance processes, and product improvements by conducting tests, gathering feedback, and troubleshooting issues.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, preferably in healthcare, technology, or transportation services.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to make informed product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements and collaborate across teams.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software development processes, user interface design, and usability principles. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Passion for Healthcare: A genuine interest in improving healthcare access and patient outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
