Role Focus: Driving how we find, assess, and bring people into SafeRide. Shifting from reactive "post and pray" resume screening to proactive pipeline building and standardized candidate assessment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Targeted Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, proactively sourcing passive candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

  • Hiring Manager Enablement: Conduct rigorous intake sessions to define ideal candidate profiles and establish structured interview panels and scorecards before a role goes live. Lead regular, live calibration discussions with hiring managers to refine search strategies based on real-time market feedback.

  • Top-of-Funnel Optimization: Phase out automated screening tools applied to broken processes; replace with highly targeted, quality-driven applicant reviews and strong employer branding.

  • Process Architecture: Own the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidates are moved through stages efficiently and feedback is captured within the 48-hour SLA.

  • Offer & Pre-Boarding: Manage offer generation, negotiation, and the seamless handoff of hired candidates to the People Ops Specialist for system onboarding.

  • Metric Ownership: Accountable for Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.

Required Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment where you built processes from the ground up.
  • Proven success managing both leveraged role searches and volume & velocity hiring.
Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS (BambooHR experience is a strong plus).
  • Experimentation and iteration mindset as it relates to implementing AI into the hiring motion. Dedication to data-driven insights.
  • Business acumen that facilitates an understanding of headcount forecasting, ROI, and budgets.
  • Strong operator who enjoys partnering with leadership teams and bringing structure to ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery models
  • Familiarity with contact center or field-based operations
  • Experience working with private equity-backed companies

Benefits

We offer a remote-first work environment, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including:

  • Career growth and development opportunities in a mission-driven organization
  • Competitive salary, annual bonus opportunities, and equity options
    Remote with flexible hours
