The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Engineering Team at Supio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, outline roadmaps, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of product initiatives from inception to launch

• Tackle unsolved AI product and engineering problems — user experiences for million-token many-step agents, instant retrieval over huge datasets, etc

• Prioritize product features and capabilities to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver products that align with the company’s mission and user needs.

• Gather feedback from strategic customers to inform product direction

• Define disrupting business models, pricing packages, & other commercial standards

• Learn how to actually make LLMs useful for complex knowledge work

• Help steer the growth of our engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent software engineering experience.

• Product Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a product management or technical lead role, preferably within an AI-driven company.

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including familiarity with metrics and KPIs.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or familiarity with communicating with the deaf and hard-of-hearing community

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $150,000–$220,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
