Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
We're in search of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify marketing leads and make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about Supio or appear to be strong potential customers based upon our general market focus. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth by researching and evaluating potential company leads and passing high-quality leads to our sales team. If you have a passion for marketing, excellent research skills, and a knack for identifying opportunities, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
Clearly communicate Supio’s value proposition to prospects and understand/find their needs to identify if/where there is a strong mutual partnership fit.
- Seeking, prospecting, & qualifying new business opportunities through organic outreach
- Using Hubspot, social selling and the phone to contact prospective clients
- Reaching out to new leads captured through external marketing campaigns
- Coordinate & books conversations for prospective clients & Supio account executives
- Provide feedback to marketing team regarding quality of marketing-sourced leads
- Meet & exceed your stated daily, monthly sales & performance KPI metrics
Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior full-time sales/lead generation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot preferred)
- Proven track record of success in prospecting for new business
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Experience being held to performance metrics (e.g. sales metrics)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS and/or legal sales experience
Compensation
The base salary range for this position in Seattle is a range of $78,000-90,000, with the potential for quarterly bonuses. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
