Who we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our founding team. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable, user-centric web applications using modern front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with full-stack engineers and product teams, collaborating to create innovative and intuitive customer experiences. You’ll also have the chance to apply your skills leveraging advanced AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance our product offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Build intuitive, performant web applications in React and TypeScript that power Supio’s user experience.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate complex workflows into simple, impactful interfaces.
- Work across the stack to integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and AI systems.
- Own key features end-to-end—from design to deployment—ensuring performance, accessibility, and reliability.
- Contribute to our component library and design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Optimize client-side performance for data-heavy and real-time interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement of our engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on front-end technologies
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience working in Agile development environments and delivering iterative improvements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
- Passion for building customer-centric experiences and working collaboratively
Nice to Haves
- Experience with AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs)
- Background in full-stack development including Node.js and backend systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Compensation
As an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company.
Base Salary by Location
- Seattle, WA: $190,000 – $220,000 annually
- San Francisco Bay Area, CA: $200,000 - $230,000 annually
Actual compensation may vary outside of these ranges based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
