About the Role

The Demand Generation Manager is a critical, revenue-focused role responsible for driving demand and creating a pipeline through innovative marketing strategies. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel business growth.

As a key marketing team member, you’ll own the success of demand generation initiatives, working hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver results that matter. If you're data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional demand-generation programs, this is your role!

This position is fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Strategically plan, execute, and manage demand generation efforts, including email campaigns, webinars, digital advertising, ABX strategies, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and revops teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and lead quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics etc.
  • Funnel Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities at each stage of the marketing funnel and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Innovative Testing: Experiment across channels, audiences, and messaging to refine tactics and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Event Marketing: Oversee demand generation efforts for virtual and in-person events, ensuring strong alignment with broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Content Creation and Collaboration: Create high-performing marketing assets, including landing pages and performance marketing assets, while collaborating with internal teams and content partners to ensure alignment and consistency with overall marketing strategies.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.

Your Experience

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation.
  • Proficient in a marketing automation platform, specifically Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance through data insights.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Passion for testing new strategies, tools, and methods to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can manage complexity well and are adaptable to change.
  • BONUS: Familiarity with workforce management or HR tech industries.

Base Salary Range: 115-145k
