About TireTutor, Inc.
Description
About TireTutor
TireTutor builds the modern operating system for independent tire dealers and auto repair shops — point-of-sale, online quoting, inventory, and the connected tools shop owners need to run a faster, smarter business. Our users are mechanics, service writers, and shop owners who don't have time for software that gets in the way. Everything we build has to make their day better the moment they touch it. We're a small, ambitious team building software for an industry that's been underserved for decades. The product is moving fast, and we need an Implementation Manager who can make sure the rest of the world — our sales team, our customer success team, and our dealers — understands every new thing we ship and why it matters.

- Guide customers through discovery, configuration, data collection, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Analyze implementation metrics and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction
- Train clients on the TireTutor platform and guide them through the adoption of features and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to solve issues and deliver customer feedback
- Create and maintain project documentation, status updates, and implementation playbooks
- Identify and address risks or delays early in the process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Transition new customers smoothly to the Customer Success team post-implementation
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and common customer use cases

- Experience managing multiple implementations or client projects simultaneously
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly and maintain strong relationships
- Familiarity with CRM, project management, and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack)
