Topia is seeking a talented Javascript UI Engineer to join our team building immersive front-end experiences on our platform. As a UI Engineer, you will develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and modern frameworks.

As a Frontend Engineer at Topia, you will be crafting seamless user experiences for our platform. You will deliver and maintain quality customer-facing code, work closely with the design, product, and engineering teams to prioritize and implement new features and designs that result in a delightful experience for our users. Responsibilities:

• Build high quality UI components and experiences in React

• Implement responsive front-end experiences optimized for web

• Architect, develop, and ship maintainable, performant, and testable frontend components

• Develop reusable React components and libraries for efficient front-end development

• Integrate UI elements with back-end services and APIs

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into UIs

• Write unit tests to ensure robust, bug-free code

• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues and identify areas for improvement

• Write maintainable, clear, well-architected code, tests, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience with Javascript and React

• Proficient in Javascript, React, and JSON

• Experience building complex UIs and front-end web applications

• Experience working with responsive UI styling (material, styled components, etc)

• Attention to detail, user experience, and visual design

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with javascript game rendering engine like Pixi.js or Phaser

• Experience with agile methodology
