Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep located in LATAM. The Customer Service Rep will handle daily interactions with customers, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, managing customer accounts, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with Fintech
- Experience with Intercom
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing customers
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the construction is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
