Senior Business Development Representative - E-commerce Retail
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Representative to join our e-commerce retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media, PPC management, or experience working in a media agency.
Role Overview
As a Senior BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the e-commerce retail sector. Your expertise in paid media and digital marketing will be crucial in understanding our clients' needs and proposing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our ICP in the e-commerce retail space
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Leverage your expertise in paid media and PPC to provide valuable insights to clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on paid media, PPC management, or media agency work
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising channels
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major advertising platforms such as Google PMax
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Sales Navigator
- AdWords certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications
