What you’ll do

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and roadmap, driving the delivery of an innovative, world-class user experience. Our product is redefining the future of care — and you’ll have a direct impact on what that future looks like.
You’ll be deeply involved across the entire product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery to iteration — in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. This role demands exceptional communication, sharp commercial instincts, and above all, a deep love for our customers.
Continuously shape our product strategy, goals, and ICP to ensure we evolve with our market and users.
Drive product discovery through independent research, customer interviews, and data-driven analysis to uncover pain points and validate opportunities.
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define the Now / Next / Later roadmap, ensuring every initiative aligns with our single strategic objective.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, marketing, and customer success to deliver features that solve real problems and create measurable impact.
Define, track, and communicate key product metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company to align priorities and maintain product momentum.
Establish and lead a Customer Advisory Board to stay close to our ICP and top customers.
Collaborate with growth marketing to evaluate competitors and identify differentiation opportunities.
Able to articulate product rationale, outcomes, and user impact across the team.

You’ll be successful in this role if you…

Have delivered great products: You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience and have owned products end-to-end — ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
Are a problem solver: You instinctively look for gaps in visibility, experience, and impact — and you prioritize the most meaningful problems and under-served jobs to be done.
Are a great explainer: You can clearly articulate what the problem is, why it matters now, and how you plan to test your hypothesis. Your updates are concise, data-informed, and easy to act on.
Are experienced in discovery: You care deeply about building the right things, not just shipping fast. You know how to test ideas, validate assumptions, and learn before committing resources.
Have strong operational instincts: You communicate progress with crisp one-pagers and brief updates that connect performance with outcomes.
Are creative and collaborative: You love a good “How might we…” session with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success — and your ideas align naturally with our strategy and ICP.
Have a growth mindset: You learn fast, adapt even faster, and see feedback as fuel for improvement — both for yourself and the team.

Interview process
We believe that people demonstrate their talent in various ways and we want to be flexible in what works best for you.
After an initial background screening to determine culture fit, we will work together to determine what’s the best next step for you to demonstrate your skills. It can be multi-day paid work trial, single-day in-person mini project, past project walkthrough, etc. If you have your preferred method of showing off your skills as a talented PM, we’d love to hear about those too!
