We are building the future. The shift to agentic software is a 10x larger opportunity than the SaaS era, and agents are starved for data and context. We are feeding these hungry machines with high-fidelity context (conversation data) that enables the next generation of software to operate autonomously.
About the Role
We have been the industry's best-kept secret. It is time to tell the world.
For the last few years, we have been heads-down and hyper-focused on delivery. We prioritized product over noise. It paid off with delighted customers, deep retention, and undeniable ROI.
Now we are looking for a Product Marketer to take the amazing results we are delivering and turn them into a market-leading brand.
This role focuses on storytelling and distribution rather than just running ads. You will own the narrative. You will interview our customers to uncover their successes, write the stories that define our category, and get Voiceops in front of enterprise leaders through content, events, and creative campaigns.
What You Will Do
Mine the Gold: We have happy customers with incredible data. You will interview them, extract their stories, and package them into powerful case studies, video testimonials, and social proof.
Own the Narrative: You will write the social content, blog posts, and white papers that position Voiceops as the thought leader in AI-driven operations.
Build the Engine: You will drive organic growth through webinars, referral campaigns, and high-leverage partnerships.
Get Us "Out There": You will manage our presence at conferences and organize intimate, high-value dinners for industry leaders.
Sales Enablement: You will arm our founders and sales team with the decks, one-pagers, and battle cards they need to close Fortune 500 deals.
Measure Impact: You will be creative but metrics-driven. You will track which activities are actually driving the pipeline and adjust accordingly.
About You

Role Requirements:
World-Class Writer: You can distill complex technical concepts into simple, powerful stories. You hate jargon. You have distinct taste.
Customer Obsessed: You are comfortable getting on Zoom with a VP of Sales, making them feel heard, and getting them to open up about their wins.
AI Native: We expect you to use AI tools daily to work faster. You should be comfortable using LLMs to brainstorm campaign angles and repurpose content efficiently.
Dogged Distributor: You are relentless about distribution. You find the channels, the communities, and the people who need to see our message.
3+ Years Experience: Ideally in B2B SaaS, journalism, or a high-growth startup environment.

Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 USD
Equity: Founding Marketing equity package (0.25% - 0.65%)
