Voiceops analyzes millions of sales calls and turns them into structured intelligence that agents and systems operate on. $12M raised, seed-stage company. Customers include industry leaders like Motorola, Kin Insurance, Capella University. Eight people today, twenty by year-end.

What we do

B2C companies run millions of sales calls a year. Each one is a dense, unstructured record of what customers think, what reps said, what closed, what didn't, and what the market is telling you. Turning that into structured data the business and AI agents can actually act on is a foundational problem, and it's still open.

Voiceops is building the layer that solves it. We turn calls into structured intelligence automatically, and that unlocks everything downstream: agents that act on conversations, automated workflows, and a live read on how the business actually runs. The ROI shows up across the whole GTM surface: higher LTV, lower CAC, sharper marketing, better conversion, and earlier churn detection.

We sell to tech-forward B2C companies in insurance, financial services, healthcare, and education. Average deal size is $140K. Note: our customers are B2C, but we sell B2B software to their executive teams.

The Role

  • A unique opportunity to take over from founder-led sales and become our first senior AE.

  • Continue to work closely with the founder/CEO to run the existing pipeline.

  • The founder/CEO has already sourced and closed several large enterprise committed contracts. aka, these are real bookable contracts that represent the quality of the pain we solve.

  • The simple sales process is already established, the ICP targets identified, and we've consistently been able to get to key executives at giant enterprises. Initially you'll execute the existing process, then evolve it as needed.

  • This founding hire sets the tone for Voiceops GTM focus and you'll have the opportunity to build and define how this team executes and, most importantly, the type of people we hire. You'll have the opportunity to lead and build the team if you earn it.

Ideal candidates have technical backgrounds or can demonstrate the ability to learn technical concepts quickly (as in hours, not days/weeks).

Commission Plan

Very aggressive. Our founder/CEO understands how hard sales is having done it. We're committed to paying aggressive commissions (way more than you currently are on) for QUALITY revenue.

Requirements

  • You've sold B2B technical solutions ideally to a VP of Sales, Revenue, Operations, or CX (B2C experience is NOT applicable, inbound only transactional experience is NOT applicable)

  • You've sold minimum committed annual contracts of $100K (insertion order based contracts DO NOT count)

  • You have at least 2 years of quota carrying closing of annual COMMITTED contracts. The ACV can be smaller to start as you've progressed in developing your SalesIQ.

  • You close deals every month

  • NYC based only, in-person at our Union Square office
