About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of experience to elevate WARP’s brand presence and drive lead generation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys crafting compelling campaigns, and is passionate about shaping the future of logistics. As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that position WARP as the go-to solution for Fortune 500 companies and other industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email marketing, and sales enablement materials, showcasing WARP’s innovative solutions.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B channels, optimizing for ROI.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to position WARP as a thought leader in logistics.
- Website Optimization: Work with internal and external teams to ensure the website is optimized for lead generation, user experience, and SEO.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Brand Management: Maintain and evolve WARP’s brand identity to reflect its innovative and customer-centric mission.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B industries like logistics, technology, or supply chain solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with target audiences.
- Experience with performance marketing, digital advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
