Warp is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Analyst to join our operations team in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of our logistics network. You’ll be responsible for auditing freight quality, monitoring partner performance, and supporting the development of scalable processes across our cross-dock and transportation operations.

You’ll work both on-site at our office, LA-area facilities and remotely, collaborating with site leads, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders to drive improvements and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Audit inbound and outbound freight for accuracy, damage, and proper handling
  • Monitor carrier and facility-level performance to ensure compliance with Warp’s quality standards
  • Investigate service disruptions or failures and identify root causes
  • Assist in documenting and refining SOPs for consistent execution
  • Maintain detailed logs and quality control reports for internal tracking
  • Collaborate with operations, support, and product teams to close quality gaps
  • Participate in training, partner feedback sessions, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experience in quality control, logistics operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a bias toward data-backed decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across on-site and remote responsibilities
  • Familiarity with transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Based in the Los Angeles area and able to regularly work on-site at local facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
