WARP
(Solutions-Oriented Sales Role – Retail Focus)
WARNING: Not for the faint of heart.
If you want a comfy title, a predictable calendar, and a perfect playbook—this ain’t it.
But if you’ve sold complex managed transportation programs into mid-to-large retailers, closed deals where freight was a mess, and stayed in the room long enough to make the solution actually work—you might be who we’re looking for.
Who We Are
WARP is a venture-backed freight-tech disruptor rebuilding middle-mile logistics for modern retail.
Tech-first. Asset-light. Outcome-obsessed.
Our specialty? Retail freight re-architecture.
We consolidate vendor chaos, simplify inbound freight, run pool distribution at scale, and turn delivery into a competitive advantage.
Brands like Walmart, Saks, and GoPuff trust us to move their freight—but we’re just getting started.
What You’ll Actually Do
This is a hybrid sales and solution design role. You’ll work closely with our enterprise sales team to close high-value, multi-location retail accounts—then own the strategy and structure of the freight programs we implement.
• Build and operationalize programs across inbound vendor consolidation, pool distribution, LTL consolidation, and cargo van/box truck middle mile
• Audit freight flows, rip out inefficiencies, and rebuild with better cost, service, and control
• Work side by side with sales to close enterprise deals—and then make sure delivery matches the pitch
• Serve as the connective tissue between shipper, carrier, and ops teams—especially when freight is fragmented and timelines are tight
• Move fast, solve problems, and bring urgency without burning bridges
Who You Need to Be
You’re not just a freight expert—you know how to sell it. You understand the retail buyer. You know how to position cost savings, service wins, and operational control. You can lead the room from first pitch to final launch.
• You’ve sold or implemented LTL consolidation, pool distribution, inbound routing, or box truck/cargo van programs
• You can walk a warehouse, talk to a dock lead, then turn around and present to a VP of Transportation
• You understand how to route, consolidate, and schedule in ways that save margin without wrecking service
• You don’t wait for a roadmap. You build one.
• You make chaos look like control—and customers trust you to do it again and again
Required Experience
• 5+ years in managed transportation, logistics operations, or retail freight solution design
• Deep experience with LTL consolidation models, zone skipping, and middle-mile optimization
• Proven track record building freight programs that go from PowerPoint to P&L
• Comfort with ambiguity, pressure, and building while flying
Location
Remote is totally fine—we care more about horsepower than zip code. That said, we’d love if you’re open to some in-person time with the team when it counts.

Good. That means you’re not just looking for a job.
You’re looking to build something real.
This isn’t a seat at the table. It’s a mandate to flip the table and rebuild it smarter.
Apply if you’re ready to go.
