Strategic Partnerships Specialist
WARP
America was built on logistics, on people who could move things faster, farther, and smarter. At Warp, we’re rebuilding that foundation for the next century.
Warp is a technology powered middle mile network. We’ve built more than fifty cross docks across the United States and Canada, supported by over ten thousand carriers operating cargo vans, box trucks, and fifty three foot trailers. Our platform unites transportation management, cross dock orchestration, and real time visibility into one intelligent system.
We help major retailers, eCommerce brands, and manufacturers cut cost to serve, improve speed, and deliver reliability at scale by modernizing how freight moves through the middle mile.
This role is about making Warp accessible everywhere decisions are made.
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to embed Warp’s transportation services into the global logistics software ecosystem.
Your mission is simple and demanding: make Warp natively available inside every relevant transportation management system, ERP, marketplace, and logistics platform that shippers already use.
This is not a surface level partnerships role. You will work at the intersection of product, integrations, and go to market. You will identify where Warp should live inside other platforms, structure the partnerships that make that possible, and drive those integrations from concept to live freight.
You will be helping build the distribution layer for Warp’s infrastructure.
What You’ll DoBuild the Warp Partner EcosystemIdentify, prioritize, and develop partnerships with TMS platforms, ERPs, marketplaces, and logistics tools where Warp’s services should be directly accessible.
Make Warp Programmable EverywhereWork with product and engineering to define how Warp’s transportation services are exposed via APIs, embedded workflows, and partner interfaces. Ensure Warp can be quoted, booked, tracked, and managed without shippers leaving their system of record.
Own Partner Integrations End to EndDrive integrations from first conversation through launch. Align incentives. Define technical requirements. Coordinate internal teams. Remove friction.
This role owns outcomes, not introductions.
Design Win Win EconomicsStructure partnerships that create real value for partners, customers, and Warp. Focus on distribution, density creation, and long term volume growth rather than one off deals.
Work Inside Live OperationsUnderstand how freight actually moves. Learn where decisions are made, where data lives, and where friction shows up. Use that understanding to design integrations that operators actually trust.
Partner Enablement and GTM AlignmentHelp partners understand how to position Warp, where it fits in their customer workflows, and how to activate shared customers quickly.
What Success Looks LikeWarp is natively available inside the tools transportation leaders already rely on. Shippers can access Warp without changing how they operate. Partner driven volume compounds network density. Integrations turn into live freight, not slide decks.
QualificationsExperience in partnerships, integrations, platform strategy, or ecosystem development, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or infrastructure. Strong understanding of how TMS platforms, ERPs, and logistics software are used in practice. Comfort working across product, engineering, operations, and sales. Ability to think in systems and incentives, not just deals. Clear communicator who can translate between technical, operational, and commercial teams. Bias toward execution. You ship.
Interest in logistics, supply chains, or real world infrastructure is a strong plus.
Why Join WarpHelp define how modern logistics infrastructure is distributed. Work on real systems that move real freight every day. Build partnerships that actually matter, not logo collections. Be part of a small, fast moving team rebuilding the middle mile from first principles. Competitive compensation with meaningful ownership and upside.
