Director of Partnerships

Warp is hiring a Director of Partnerships to get Warp LTL, truckload, box truck, and cargo van service embedded anywhere people already need freight.

That means TMS platforms, OMS platforms, ERPs, WMS tools, marketplaces, seller portals, forwarder systems, AI agents, and reseller workflows.

If a user is creating an order, managing inventory, importing goods, selling on a marketplace, or asking an AI agent to ship something, Warp should be the freight option.

Our API lets partners quote, book, track, and settle real shipments without building carrier relationships, pricing, dispatch, visibility, or operations themselves.

Your job is to find the best places for Warp’s API to live, get those partners live, and turn integrations into actual freight volume.

Warp has moved 731,000 shipments across 38,000 plus carriers, 50 plus cross docks, and 1,500 plus active Warp LTL lanes.

This is not partnership theater. We don’t care about signed agreements that never move freight.

We’re looking for someone with experience in partnerships, logistics, transportation software, API partnerships, TMS ecosystems, or freight forwarding.

Compensation is $150,000 base salary, plus meaningful equity and upside tied to activated recurring volume.
