The Role

We are hiring a Client Marketing Lead to teach our B2B clients to drive measurable growth for their consumer rewards and loyalty programs.

This is a marketing and strategy role grounded in data, experience, and judgment.

You will tell client marketing teams exactly what to do to grow and how to avoid the pitfalls you know are there. You provide prescriptions for success, advocate for your recommendations, analyze program performance, and identify new growth opportunities. Internally, you are the marketing subject matter expert on the team and you’ll work across product, business development, client success, and merchant operations to drive growth for Wildfire.

Our clients expect us to be the experts at rewards program marketing. This role is central to delivering on that expectation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop clear, actionable strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting and advocating recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Back every recommendation with data, real-world examples, and expected impact
  • Analyze performance data across rewards programs to identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate monetization and partner performance across programs and identify ways to improve yield and effectiveness
  • Advise on advertiser and offer strategy, including targeting, structure, and placement within client experiences
  • Partner with internal product teams to influence roadmap based on client needs and observed trends
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Client Success, and Merchant Development to unlock new opportunities
  • Continuously refine playbooks for growing rewards and loyalty programs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience growing a rewards, loyalty, or shopping platform (Rakuten, Capital One Shopping, Honey, or similar strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn data into clear strategy
  • Proven ability to confidently influence senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear recommendations
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
  • High ownership mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do
