As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will report directly to Windfall’s VP of Business Operations and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and Finance teams. Your primary function will be to help maintain and improve the data and workflows in our Salesforce CRM and Hubspot MAP, perform business process analyses, and support cross-functional initiatives to help Windfall achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping go-to-market teams make informed business decisions, developing system solutions, user acceptance testing, adoption, and post-implementation support.
