As an Account Development Intern, you will work closely with Windfall’s Revenue Operations and Sales Development leadership to help build and improve Windfall’s target account and key persona data in our Salesforce CRM, perform market research, and support sales initiatives to help Windfall achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record with high attention to detail and an interest in pursuing a career in sales.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to explore a career in sales within a Data and AI company serving organizations across the hospitality, travel, financial services, and nonprofit industries.

  • Prepare target accounts for outreach by Sales Development team members
  • Identify new prospect accounts via market research via LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
  • Updating account information in SFDC
  • Researching and adding key persona contacts to accounts
  • Building reports in our Salesforce CRM


  • Currently enrolled in college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preference will be given to candidates entering their senior year)
  • Comfort learning new technology or prior experience with our sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoominfo, and SalesNav)
  • High attention to detail and comfortable working with data in spreadsheets
  • Ability to be effective in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Able to adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Curiosity to learn new things, especially around systems, processes, and tools
