As a Sr. Product Manager on the Data team, you will partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build and scale Windfall’s proprietary data products and enrichment systems. You will report to the VP of Product. As a critical member of the Product organization, you should be comfortable operating across complex technical and analytical domains while helping evolve the data foundation that powers Windfall’s products, AI capabilities, and customer workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify pain points, validate opportunities, and improve customer workflows
• Define product requirements and prioritize initiatives across datasets, enrichment systems, and data products
• Drive successful product launches and lifecycle management, with success measured through customer impact and product KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities and deliver business outcomes
• Measure product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly based on customer and market learnings
• Prioritize the highest leverage opportunities for the team while balancing short-term execution with long-term investments
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of modern data systems, including data pipelines, APIs, enrichment workflows, and large-scale datasets
• Comfortable working across complex technical and analytical domains with Engineering and Data Science teams
• Demonstrated ability to understand and challenge technical concepts, trade-offs, and implementation decisions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Strong product judgment with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and speed of execution
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experienced with Jira and similar tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated success
