We are hiring two founding engineers types:

1. Experienced Engineers (5+ years) – Track record in fast-moving startups, with deep technical expertise and leadership skills.
2. Exceptional New Graduates – High-potential engineers with strong problem-solving abilities, a hunger to learn, and the ability to execute rapidly and independently.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop our core platform, including customer portals, AI agent systems, and billing automation pipelines.
• Design scalable backend services, optimizing for both performance and reliability. Work across the full stack—from backend APIs to frontend UI components. Collaborate with AI researchers and domain experts to integrate intelligent automation into workflows.
• Own and drive critical product decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and user experience. Shape the engineering culture at Youlify by introducing best practices, mentoring, and building a world-class tech team.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Top university.
• Strong problem-solving skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Expertise in backend engineering (Python) with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django.
• Experience with modern development tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Airflow.
• Experience with full-stack development (React, TypeScript, or similar) will be a plus.
• Experience in data infrastructure (MongoDB, Redis, or similar) will be a plus.
• Experience with web crawling and data analytics pipelines will be a plus.
