Position Overview

As our first Customer Success hire, you will play a foundational role in shaping our customer experience strategy, ensuring adoption, and driving retention. You’ll work directly with our COO and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and engineering to create a world-class customer journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire customer success lifecycle – from onboarding to adoption, engagement, and expansion.
  • Develop and implement customer success playbooks to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous value realization.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with product, sales, and engineering to improve the user experience.
  • Design and build the customer success function, including hiring and setting up processes as we scale.
  • Provide hands-on customer support and create scalable solutions to improve response times.
  • Develop and track key customer success metrics, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline customer interactions, automation, and proactive support.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, working closely with sales.
  • Be a key strategic partner in defining our customer engagement strategy at an early stage.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, product operations, account management, or a related role, preferably at a startup where you've built or scaled customer-facing processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand AI-powered solutions and how customers interact with them.
  • Passionate about building processes from scratch in a startup environment.
  • Strong at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software. Experience with no-code / low-code AI tools.
