The Role
We're seeking a driven Account Executive to join our team at this growth stage. You'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and connecting healthcare providers with our AI-powered medical billing solution.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and reach out to healthcare clients, including physicians, groups & hospitals
- Qualify prospects through discovery calls to understand their pain points
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively and efficiently
- Create a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Achieve monthly outreach, qualification, pipeline generation, and closing targets
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Document prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Learn healthcare billing and the competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales development, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Surpassed your quota every single year and doesn't rely on just inbound
- Created a sales structure and willing to create outbound system
- Hungry, Driven, and Persistent. These 3 words must describe who you are
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions
- Excellent listening skills to identify prospect needs and challenges
- MUST be Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but we care less about academic resume and more of your ability to learn quickly and be organized
- Bonus: Experience selling to hospitals, physician groups, or healthcare systems
- Bonus: Understanding of medical billing processes and healthcare revenue cycle
