Position Overview

As our first Product Operations hire, you’ll own the design and implementation of the systems that power both the customer experience and our internal operational excellence. You will lead customer onboarding end-to-end, build repeatable processes, and ensure the quality and reliability of our product through hands-on QA.

You’ll work directly with our COO, product team, and engineering team to bring clarity, structure, and speed to everything from new customer go-lives to internal coordination across product, engineering, and customer success. And for the right candidate, this role can evolve into owning both Product Operations and Customer Support and building that function from scratch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead customer onboarding from end to end, ensuring every client launches smoothly and efficiently.
  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable operational processes for both external customer journeys and internal coordination.
  • Develop onboarding playbooks, checklists, templates, and dashboards to track time-to-value and success metrics.
  • Lead and manage product QA processes—creating structured testing plans, coordinating with engineering, and driving resolution of bugs and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure onboarding readiness, issue triage, and continuous improvement based on feedback.
  • Serve as the operational glue between Product, Engineering, Success, and Sales—ensuring projects are scoped, tracked, and executed with clarity.
  • Establish best practices for internal tooling and documentation to reduce manual overhead and increase transparency.
  • Bring strong project management discipline to fast-moving initiatives—set timelines, manage dependencies, and unblock teams.
  • Option to build and scale our support motion, including processes, tools, and team structure, as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, onboarding, implementation, or business operations—preferably at a fast-paced startup.
  • Track record of owning complex operational workflows
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills—you bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Experience building or optimizing operational processes that scale across teams and systems.
  • Familiarity with QA workflows, testing plans, and managing product quality in early-stage environments.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills—able to connect technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bonus: STEM background
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, AI, healthcare, fintech, or customer support tooling.
