Position Overview

As a Product Manager at Youlify, you will own the design, documentation, testing, and launch of key product features that power our AI medical billing platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Engineering team, design, operations, and customer-facing functions to build intuitive, high-impact products that solve real-world problems for healthcare providers.

You’ll need strong product instincts, sharp communication, and excellent project management skills—ensuring every initiative is executed with clarity, speed, and quality. This is a high-ownership role with the opportunity to help define the roadmap and user experience at a rapidly growing AI startup.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full product lifecycle: define features, lead design efforts, write documentation, test thoroughly, and drive launches.
• Collaborate closely with our Engineering team to scope features, define edge cases, and deliver high-quality functionality.
• Design intuitive and intelligent agentic user experiences that leverage Generative AI’s capabilities to automate and guide complex workflows.
• Translate user feedback, operational workflows, and system constraints into clear product requirements.
• Create comprehensive specs and documentation that drive execution and clarity across teams.
• Lead structured testing and QA to ensure feature completeness, accuracy, and real-world readiness.
• Coordinate launch plans and ensure smooth rollout across internal and customer-facing teams.
• Track project timelines and dependencies, communicate updates, and manage cross-functional alignment.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and product performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or AI-enabled tools.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex product initiatives from inception to launch.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or enhance personal/team productivity.
• Experience designing or contributing to agentic or AI-driven user experiences is a strong plus.
• Exceptional project management skills and comfort navigating ambiguity with structure and clarity.
• Strong communicator—able to align stakeholders, write clear documentation, and lead with influence.
• Detail-oriented with a systems mindset; you enjoy thinking through both UX and operational impact.
• Bonus: Experience in healthtech, revenue cycle management, or internal tools.
