What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of DSO accounts (think corporate/enterprise dentistry for those outside of the industry)
  • Accountable for retention and growth of your accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders at all levels from C suite to front office staff
  • Proactively monitor, analyze and work with the client to maximize value and utility of Zuub
  • Triage requests/issues from clients and work with cross functional teams to resolve
  • Delight clients with outstanding customer service and professionalism
  • Document all interactions with clients and internal stakeholders in our CRM
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Implementation, Technical Support, Product and Engineering

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands on Customer Success or Account Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and/or account growth
  • Smooth and clear communication skills across written, voice and in person interactions
  • Expertise in managing multiple competing priorities while keeping client and internal stakeholder informed of progress
  • Ability to broach and navigate difficult conversations with clients and internal teams with a solution focused approach
  • Proven track record of high customer satisfaction, retention rates and account net revenue growth
  • Dental domain experience is a plus
  • Maniacal passion for documentation and communication
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

  • $80-$110k depending on experience
