Our team helps thousands of providers at both private practices and large dental support organizations to streamline operations through our AI-powered automation solutions. Zuub's technology eliminates time-consuming and error-prone processes to improve the patient experience and increase revenue for dental practices. We recently secured $9 million in our Series A funding led by Vertical Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Bonfire Ventures and MTech Capital.

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts, build a strong brand presence, and drive measurable growth. As a player-coach in a fast-paced environment, you will lead a small but high-performing marketing team of two, while also taking an active role in hands-on execution. This is a critical leadership position driving revenue growth and reporting directly to the CEO. What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including demand generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing efforts with company goals and KPIs.
  • Brand Messaging and Positioning: Define and establish brand messaging, positioning, and voice that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Zuub in the market. Create and enforce brand standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Marketing Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing department across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and content. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Integrated Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across digital, content, product, and brand marketing initiatives. Partner with product and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and market segments.
  • Metrics and Performance Management: Define and track key marketing metrics, including brand awareness, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Present regular updates to the executive team and board on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.

What You Have:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within B2B SaaS startups.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and scaling marketing functions at a growing Series A startup.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, and product marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

What We Offer

  • Zuub believes everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably. The annual base salary for this role is $180,000 with opportunity for an annual performance bonus up to $30,000.
