Our team helps thousands of providers at both private practices and large dental support organizations to streamline operations through our AI-powered automation solutions. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding our partnerships with Practice Management Systems (PMS), Dental Software Platforms (DSPs),and key payers in the dental space. This position requires a combination of strategic vision, relationship-building expertise, and a deep understanding of the dental industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships in the dental or healthcare SaaS industry, as well as a strong network within the space. We are looking for someone who is hungry to grow!

What You’ll Do:

  • Partnership Development
    • Identify, target, and establish strategic partnerships with leading practice management systems (PMS), SaaS companies, and payers to expand our product's reach and capabilities.
    • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align partnership goals with the overall product roadmap and brand positioning.
  • Market Expansion
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within dental practices, PMS vendors, insurance payers, and other potential partners.
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with industry leaders, leveraging your network and expertise to position the company as a thought leader in revenue cycle management for dental offices.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop co-selling opportunities with strategic partners.
    • Serve as the internal point of contact for all things partnership-related, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
    • Support marketing initiatives that promote our partnerships and expand our brand presence in the dental industry.
  • Market Insights & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of RCM innovations in the dental sector.
    • Report on key partnership KPIs, tracking the success and performance of each initiative.

What You Have:

  • 4+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years spent in the dental industry (preferably within SaaS, healthcare IT, or revenue cycle management).
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-impact strategic partnerships, particularly with practice management systems, other SaaS providers, and payers.
  • Strong understanding of dental practice workflows, revenue cycle management, and industry-specific software platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see both the big picture and the detailed execution steps.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on achieving growth targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.

What We Offer

  • Zuub believes everyone should be compensated fairly and equitably. The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-85,000 with an uncapped commission structure. We estimate the annual commission will be between $10,000 - $40,000 but it is uncapped!
