About the Role:
The Sr. Revenue Analytics & Insights Manager will be responsible for owning Go-to-Market (GTM) data, performance, metrics and reporting management as well as conducting GTM analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the GTM teams. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally within the greater Sales Operations team (SOps, MOps, RevTech, RevEnablement), with BI teams and key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Finance. This role will report directly to the VP, Sales Operations, Strategy & Enablement.
You Will:
- Support, track and measure GTM and end-to-end (E2E) funnel activity, performance metrics and KPI’s (Lead > MQL > Opportunity > Closed Won > Renewal / Expansion > Churn)
- Monitor, track and report bottom-ups vs tops down forecast/pipeline input and analysis
- Build & align the Sales Quotas with Invoca’s Booking Plans
- Build individual quota plans for Sellers (AEs & AMs), Overlays, SDRs, SEs, Partnerships, and Management
- Be responsible for creating and supporting Sales compensation programs, practices and policies
- Partner with Finance to provide data required for commission calculations
- Monitor, track and report Sales Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Metrics
- Monitor, track and report GTM OKRs on a weekly basis. The KRs will include:
- Booking
- Data Quality Metrics
- Pipeline Metrics
- Sales Cycles
- ASPs etc.
- Build the sales productivity metrics and the monthly capacity profiles
- Build metrics needed for all applicable meetings such as BoD and Invocation
- Perform deep dives into current and future state analysis, activity & performance, forecast/pipeline to understand how the collective E2E GTM business is doing in order to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive/inform GTM decisions, strategies and initiatives
- Bring to life and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations both visually and verbally through providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Perform, report and lead discussions around activity, performance and KPI’s
- Design and create effective, insightful and reusable reporting and dashboards
- Adhoc analysis for the GTM leaders as needed
You Have:
- 5-7 years of data and analytics and/or business intelligence experience, ideally within a SaaS company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Rich building experience and understanding with data visualization, revenue analytics and GTM tools (Clari, Salesforce, Tableau, SkyGeni, SPIFF)
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly skilled in communicating and presenting analytical data to all levels of the company, including executives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in delivering results working x-functionally Strong work ethic with a “get stuff done” mentality
- Problem solver, strong attention to detail, extremely organized Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently
- Flexible, agile and adaptable; used to wearing multiple-hats Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to deep dive into complex data sets and research and distill simplified insights
- Ability to deliver/provide predictive analytics, insights and intelligence; proactively identify GTM industry trends and innovations to continuously evolve GTM intelligence
- A strong bias towards automation, structure and building for scalability
- Nice to have: Ability to write SQL & SOQL queries and/or write simple Python routines
- Experienced working in a fast pace environment

- Position Base Range - Salary Range $115,000 to $135,000 / plus bonus potential
