We make it easy to spot and stop scams and fraud, starting with Older Adults who are hit the hardest.
We’re looking for a Customer Success & Operations lead to activate and run our most important customer relationships. These include large, high-visibility deployments with public-sector, nonprofit, financial, and institutional partners.
This role is about execution, strong relationships, and being close to customers. You’ll operate like a forward-deployed owner: meeting partners in person when it matters, owning launches end-to-end, feeding real-world insights back into product, ensuring deployments actually work, and helping build the operating muscle that lets us scale.
For someone who proves they can do it, this role offers a path to leadership as the company scales.
What you’ll do
- Own activation and rollout for high-profile, multi-stakeholder deployments
- Regularly meet partners in person to run presentations, trainings, and working sessions
- Act as the primary post-contract owner, from launch through steady-state usage
- Work closely with product and engineering to unblock customers and shape what we build
- Help define repeatable customer success processes as we scale
You Might Be a Fit If...
- You’ve owned customer-facing work end-to-end in a fast-moving environment (customer success, operations, partnerships, programs, or similar)
- You’re comfortable meeting partners in person, running presentations, and building trust in the room
- You handle complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with confidence and good judgment
- You have a strong bias for action and are comfortable taking ownership
- You like being close to customers and using what you learn to influence product and execution
- You want real ownership and to work directly with a founding team
- You care about doing well while doing good
Bonus points for experience in government, financial institutions, nonprofits or payments.
