The Role: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding Telgorithm's customer base through tenacious prospecting (calling, emailing, etc) and booking meetings.

The Role: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding Telgorithm's customer base through tenacious prospecting (calling, emailing, etc) and booking meetings.
Reporting to: Sales Development Manager
What You'll Bring:
- Background in API-first companies is required
- Experience selling cloud communication is a bonus
- 2+ years experience in BDR/SDR role in a rapidly growing, fast-paced company selling tech solutions
- Passion for SaaS and evangelizing modern products
- Fluency in prospecting tools and expertise in highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics
- Consistent overachievement in previous performance and results
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing and presentation skills
- Excellent objection handling and closing skills
- Motivation and drive to be a self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in a SaaS sales career
- Versatility to be a team player as well as an effective individual contributor
- Creativity and initiative to think outside the box
- Experience using tools in the sales stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall and ZoomInfo
- Proactively research target companies that are aligned with Telgorithm's business strategy and ICP
- Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities via calls, emails and social platforms
- Identify the needs, challenges and interest of prospective customers
- Qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Schedule and attend discovery meetings with prospects and key stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas of pre-qualified appointments and activity
- Manage time/schedule to meet identified targets
- Maintain complete and accurate data in CRM
- Promote excellence and empower others by sharing proven tactics
- Be a KEY PLAYER in the success of the Outbound Sales Development Team at Telgorithm!
