We’re building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
We're YC-backed and well funded with several years runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in 2023. We're looking for a product manager teammate who can not only help us shape our product and team culture but also shape the company itself.

⚡ What you'll do
Develop strong understanding of and empathy for home service SMBs and homeowners
Identify key problems and pain points for home service SMBs using quantitative and qualitative data and develop creative product solutions
Execute a development plan with your engineering and design partners to deliver a simple yet delightful user experience
Drive purpose and clarity for your team, stakeholders, and leadership through strong written and verbal communication
Set ambitious goals and use your creativity to exceed them
🎯 What we're looking for
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in one or more of the following: SaaS, serving SMBs, internal tools
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
Problem-solving and design-thinking skills to accurately capture user needs and translate those into product features
Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills
Interest working in an agile startup environment
